Seeking People with

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

to Participate in a Clinical Trial

 

 

Researchers at the Johns Hopkins University are seeking individuals with obsessive compulsive disorder to participate in a research study looking at the effects of psilocybin, a psychoactive substance found in naturally occurring mushrooms. The study will investigate psychological effects of psilocybin, including whether or not it can help with obsessive compulsive disorder. 

 

Volunteers must be between the ages of 21 and 70, have had a diagnosis of obsessive compulsive disorder for at least 1 year, and no recent history of alcoholism or drug abuse.
