Thank you for your interest in the Signs and Symptoms of Schizophrenia Study!
We are working on a Johns Hopkins-approved research study about signs and symptoms of schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and similar conditions. The study will investigate how these signs and symptoms relate to each other and how well individuals respond to various types of treatment.
Participants will take tests that measures their thinking and memory, sense of smell, and ability to manage routine daily tasks. These assessments will be performed at the time of enrollment and then yearly. Participants earn $100 for all assessments being completed.
If you are interested, please fill out the remainder of this survey to provide contact information and determine eligibility.
We will be collecting information about you for this survey. Before we ask you the screening questions, we would like to tell you about what we will be doing with the information you give us. Whether you join the study or not, the information collected today may be seen by researchers at Johns Hopkins, any sponsor of the study, and those responsible for oversight of the study. We try to make sure that the information we collect from you is kept private and used only for the research study we are discussing. If you do not consent to outreach from our study team, it will not affect your current or future care at Johns Hopkins. Your personal information will not be kept if you choose not to enroll in the study or if you do not qualify to be in the study. Would you like to continue this survey?
