Seeking Volunteers for a Study of the Effects of Psilocybin on Perception, Cognition, Emotion, and the Brain 

 

 

 

Researchers at Johns Hopkins University are seeking healthy individuals to participate in a research study looking at the effects of psilocybin, a naturally occurring psychoactive substance found in mushrooms. The study will investigate psychological effects of psilocybin and the effects of psilocybin on electrical signals in the brain and the body. 

 

Volunteers must be healthy, between the ages of 18 and 75, and have previously used a hallucinogen. Volunteers must also live within the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area
